Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Well a resident at the business informed me as well as employees they doPlus we have evidence people were entering our room while we were both there evidence of ? a major fire hazard every thing was on extension cords even major appliances.? Now we are requesting full refund for endangering our safety, privacy and not once did they clean our room causing us extensive medical bills due to upper respiratory infections.We were retaliated against because the health dept came due to this and if this can not be settled here with full refund I will proceed criminally and with a serious law suit.?
