TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERNI'm writting this letter in reponse to concern of customer named *** ***,whose $ was put on hold at our gas station.if I may described the procedure of the hold on the amountof unused money,it is the bank or the card issuer who put the hold on the
remaining balance as they want to get paid for the amount used and in some circumsatances the release on the holding money is issued by the supervisor or anyone above customer service representativeOn the part of gas station as soon as the nozzle is hung up the money is released and transaction is completed ,however the remaing balance is transferred in to reserve account by the bank or the card issuer just to make sure that funds are available in any eventualityI hope that answer the concern of our loyal customer,again I apologize for the inconvience that the customer have to go through we will try to better serve them in the future.Thnaks for your bussinessThank YouAbid C*** Owner
