Our car was having issues with milky oil. Setup a appointment every one was super friendly! Got my boyfriend vehicle there the next day a 2002 saturn under Michael Wermeling he also advised them on a leak at back end 15 mins later it was out and they told us about a soon to be busted cylinder on back left side and topped us off on Fluids charging us labor of 49.98,parts 2.50 and haz mat 1.25 a total of $56.69 I felt like I was ripped off them not telling me what was going on with the oil! Cant figure out what to do with my vehicle without that information so I called up asking for a manger. The guy *** kept asking me what for and at that point just wanted to speak to the manger of the shop. He kept asking what for and denied me to talk to any manager and finally told me he was the active manager.. he said for a half hr job they charge $50 I never have paid that for someone to simply look under for 15 mins and not even give me all info to get my vehicle Fixed. I then asked for someone higher then him he seemed to try to transfer me sitting for another 20 mins on phone was hung up on. Tried calling back twice and he wouldn't pick up I had to use a different phone for them to immediately pick it up.They said nothing could be done till some jake guy called. I wanted the issue solved he then went about calling us a liar we never reported a oil issues is what he said. which was what my very first schedule was for. Someone then butted in and said the oil is fine. He wouldn't resolve the issue and hung up on me again. Still waiting on a phone call and feeling very miss treated. I usually never have issues but this one blew my mind I would like a refund because the service was not completed and I now have to bring in a car to someone else to get full information on what's wrong while the breaks are bad and my boyfriend drove it home unsafe!

The actual customer, the writer’s boyfriend, authorized 30 minutes of labor to inspect a fluid leak he was having. The leak was found in the brake system and an estimate for repair was given. The customer chose not to have those repairs done. There is a cost to diagnose an issue with a vehicle. We are always upfront about costs and require a signed authorization before being work. The automotive technicians at Goodyear Wisconsin Dells are Master Technicians meaning they have experience, education and at least 8 ASE certification.
