This was one of the RARE occasions that we sat in the RestaurantWe sit at the Sushi bar 99% of the time and correspond with the same Sous Chef (whom by the way has always been great to us.) After asking our wait staff what happen on that night, this is what we find out. They came to our restaurant from time to time. We know the husband way before he got marry. Our wait staffs do recognized them because they hardly leave a tip. Since our wait staff main income is from the tip, none...

of our wait staff want to serve them. They will lose a turn on table.  We have to put our least experience waitress to serve them for training proposes. The hostess explain to her for party of six or more, 18% tip will added to the bill automatically which they have six person without the baby. They argue that by spiting the check with their friend on the same table and make their bill less than six people. Our hostess did take the tip out on their check. For some odd reason, our new waitress may read 48 instead of 43 on the bill when she charging their credit card. They never contact us about the $5 over charge and we can refund that $5 for them. For the $30 service charge from her bank, we will not responsible for the outcome.
