The application fee is non refundable and this is stated on the application formEastgate Woods Apartments is currently full so the only way for some one to move in is when someone else moves outWe do not discourage people from applying if they choose

I will refund *** ***'s application fee even though it states at the bottom of the application form that the fee is non-refundable
