The business in question has not resolved the issue with meIn fact, they have traded off the phone number given in the original complaint to two new numbersI received a call a week ago from this scam artist (I am convinced it is not the actual business making the calls) but I was out

This complaint has only recently come to our attentionUpon receiving the complaint, we have contacted the customer for additional information and provided appropriate contact information to the customer as to where to call in the event of future delivery issuesWe have spoken to both the delivery
person and the District Manager to ensure that the delivery issues do not continue.At the conclusion of our discussion with the customer, he seemed satisfied with the resolution.Thank you,*** ***

Customer was refunded 69.20 and check mailed to her for that amount.

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It is a shame that it took over two months and so many calls, including the complaint I lodged with you, to have this resolved.
