It is going on three years since our custom kitchen. The tile floor is a total mess. I had placed several calls to Phil the owner and he virtually refused to repair and/or replace the floor. You can rock back and forth on the tiles and two are cracked. The grout came out within the first year. With only my husband and I in the house, it sustains almost no wear and tear. What a mess. Our friends and family actually cannot believe it. It is a total joke. I have letters from Phil refusing to make good. There was NEVER any warranty on the work done.
