I am writing in response to the above claim numberI have reached out to my Regional Manager to investigate this incidentWhen the customer came into the gas station to check his ticket the attendant checked it for himImmediately the Lottery machine had gone blankHe believed the ticket was not
a winnerHowever when the system came back on the attendant immediately saw the last ticket he checked was a winning ticketThe attendant printed out a receipt for the money and also removed it from the registerOur attendant stapled the money to the receipts enclosedWe had no way of knowing who the customer was and had placed the money and receipts aside in hopes the customer would returnWe have the money set asidehe can contact me directly and I will male arrangements for him to pick it up, or we can mail him a checkMy contact information is above(** *** *** *** *** *** ***
