They are untrustworthy and not truthful. They claim to be a first rate company and it has taken well over a week to install two additional lines - the latest is that the tech is out sick. It would seem odd that a firm only has ONE tech staff - they believe their clients are fools and believe foolish comments such as this. Truth is that we will be changing. Shameful that *** does not supervise and qualify their service providers.
We are a first rate company stand behind our work. I am looked into your complaint and there was no understanding as to when the cables had to be run before contracting with us. As 1 week is not standard for us to complete the work, if it was brought to our attention that it had to be done sooner, we would of made every accommodation to do so.
