Company refused service to legal personal representative of a property
I am the personal representative of my father's estate I have one of his property's for sale - WLombard St The lock box was broken and the key stolen I need to have the locks changed to prevent un-authorized access The company was hesitant noting they needed proof that I was authorized I sent documentation that I am the personal representative of the estate- my letter of administration from Harford county, my driver's license, and a copy of the deed and state tax record The company refused to change the locks on the property saying my name wasn't on the deed, etc I provided all the necessary legal documents noting I am authorized I now have to pay a more expensive lock company because Easters refuses service of a legal request
