I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

We spoke to the customer and agreed to do some work for the customer and told him we were backlogged a couple of weeks and could start as soon as we couldUnfortunatley it took us longer than expected due to weather and the job we were on taking longerThe customer called and we responded back in
a couple of days and said it would be longer than expected and we were sorry for the delayThen we got a call stating he didn't need our services anymore

Review: Easter Fencing reviewed the work we requested and quoted a price to which we agreed to pay. they indicated they were backlogged 2-3 weeks and would contact us when to start. 3 weeks later we were able to contact them after MANY attempts. Easter Fencing told us they would be able to perform the work in another to 2 weeks because they were having "labor issues" at the time. Another 2 weeks and we were able to get a response that it would be on the following week on Thursday or Friday and if we didn't receive a call by Wednesday call them. we received no response and the Wednesday call went unanswered. After 7 weeks waiting for Easter Fencing to perform the work they agreed to we left a voice mail on the owners cell phone and the company voice mail we no longer desired their services.Desired Settlement: Other persons / companies should be aware Easter Fencing may be EXTREMELY hard to contact after a verbal agreement has been reached. They should also be aware that the agreed work may not be performed at all leaving the individuals waiting on a "no-show."

No further actions or contact with this company is necessary or desired.

Quality service at a great price. Installed a fence around our swimming pool and we are very pleased.
