We are sorry to hear that the customer had an issue with the service we providedThey had stated that they had been remoted into and the the technician had showed them many problems on their computerThen that technician usually offers to fix these problems for a priceThis is a weekly, sometimes daily occurance of customers coming into the storeThese third party support companies based in the middle east that are scamming people out of money As far as this customers computer, we spent a few hours cleaning out unnecessary programs, running malware, tools, installing updates, cleaning startup of background process, and when were finished, the computer was working well We warranty our work for days and anyone who has a follow up problem or question we enthusiastically invite to bring it to our attention so we can fix the problem In this case, we were not given this opportunity, but ended up giving the customer their money back in fullThe customer came in and shook hands and said no hard feelings Eastwind Computers

We warranty our work for 30 days and anyone who has a follow up problem or question we enthusiastically invite to bring it to our attention so we can fix the problem.
In this case, we were not given this opportunity, but ended up giving the customer their money back in full. The customer came in and shook hands and said no hard feelings.
