Agreed to our terms and conditions of our offer but possibly did it in a rushMaybe she didn't read them? We refunded $on 10/24/after she spoke with customer service multiple times
I WILL BE RETURNING Boxes of the product for full refund, but the claims they made are false After an initial order of Skinne months passed and no further product was ordered or received I NEVER ordered Energe which was included in the two disputed shipments I did attempt to contact them by email on June 6, to: *** *nd *** Both emails were kicked back to me which I have DAEMON COPIES OF I did attempt to call them at least six times The first time I did leave a message expressing my disatisfaction and not receiving a response I called five other times and received the message their mailbox was full That is when I contacted the Revdex.com.So I feel their response is and although I will take them up on the offer to return the products for full REFUND, I want Togo on record to let you know they are not being truthful in their claims.I initially returned the first shipment by registered mail and after a month that product was returned as undeliverable

certainly don't want to come across that way. Could you give more detail? Also, which customer service link is dead? We just checked them all and they are working so if we missed one we definitely want to know! As far as your email is concerned, you didn't ask for help or we would have happily given it. You just said you wanted a refund so our team looked at your account, looked at the full page of clearly laid out terms and conditions you agreed to, and informed you that you didn't qualify for a refund. This is 100% accurate. All that being said, if you can help us make our experience better by answering the questions above and agree to remove this complaint we will happily make an exception and refund your charge. This issue was a combination of our merchant account not updating our new phone number on our customer's credit card statements and our customer rushing through the order form and not reading the terms and conditions. The customer has been refunded, has told us they will remove the complaint from...

Spoke to our customer service reps. Mr. [redacted] agreed to our terms and conditions of our offer but possibly did it in a rush. Maybe he didn't read them? His three charges were refunded to him 8/20/15
We are disappointed that Mrs [redacted] was unhappy with her experience. We are investigating the situation to see if there were any technical breakdowns. She is in touch with our customer service department with regards to a refund and we wish her luck in her weight-loss journey.
