Review: I paid a deposit for a vacation rental managed by [redacted] DBA East Village Suites (EVS) in New York City for 12/**/13-12/**/13. Our flights were cancelled leading to a cancelled trip and a "frustration of purpose" for this contract. EVS said it would return the deposit but is now unresponsive and has not refunded the $970.00 deposit. I am an attorney and will be pursuing many legal avenues to get this money refunded.Desired Settlement: Immediate return of the $970.00 deposit.
