Extremely unresponsive to warranty claim - Almost months, no resolution
I had hardwood floors installed in my house that came with a one year builders warrantyI submitted proof of incomplete and subpar work over two months ago, and still no resolution and they won't return my phone calls

Construction Resources installed Cambria countertops in our kitchen (U-shaped countertop)Within two years a crack appeared in one section of the countertopWe contacted Construction Resources and it was determined that the product had a manufacturing defect and had to be replaced on warrantyIt took about months to get the countertop section replaced (September 2016)However, the replaced countertop section does not color match the other part of the countertop section it connects toEven the installation crew mentioned that the whole U-shaped section should be replacedWe contacted Construction Resources again to also replace the other section or at a minimum offer us a solutionAt that price point we cannot accept a kitchen with two different shaded countertopsInitially Construction Resources responded that they are checking back with the manufacturer of the countertop and that our problem will be solved to our satisfaction as this was a warranty issueWe have not heard b
