Review: I signed up for services with the company, commencing trash pick up October 24th. I pre paid for 2 months a total of $60.00. They failed to pick up my trash for two weeks in a row. When I explained the situation to them over the phone, they promised me they would have someone out specially to pick up the trash this past Monday (11/3) since they missed the past 2 weeks. I agreed to let them do that. They didn't come pick up the trash again. I called again on Monday when I realized they didn't come pick it up and someone took my information and said they would have someone call me back the following day (today, Tuesday, 11/4) and no one called me. I called them and again explained the situation and they said someone was being dispatched to us today to pick up the trash. I told them I just wanted my money back so I could go somewhere else. All they said was "okay" and we hung up. They did not offer any kind of apology or explanation, and did not set up any accommodations of when or how I would be getting my money back. I fear they will "forget" to reimburse me on top of the fact that their customer service is highly dissatisfying. We now have 3 weeks worth of trash piling up in our back porch with no outlet of how to get rid of it.Desired Settlement: I would like for the company to still come and pick up my trash or at least offer to. I'd also like to be reimbursed in full as well.
