Review: I have been trying to get my refund of $2,099.26, for three months, from a cancelled hotel reservation, which had been scheduled for May **, 2014, for four nights.

I have spoken to [redacted] of the hotel, [redacted] several times since May, and another [redacted], who keep telling me that the credit card account is being credited back the deposit, but it never happens. Every time I call, they either tell me that they have to call me back (which they never do), or when I get them on the phone, they tell me that they will take care of it right away (which they never do).

Every time they tell me that they are crediting the account, I ask them to send me an email stating that they have done so. Finally, they agreed to send me an email, but the credit card still hasn't come through.

I have asked to speak to a [redacted] above [redacted] and they keep telling me that there isn't one. The last time I called, I spoke with [redacted], who said he was giving me the name and email address of the supervisor, and only did I realize later, that the name was the same as [redacted].

I don't know what to do to get the money back, which is why I am writing to you.

I'm hoping you can help me.Desired Settlement: I want the $2,099.26 deposit refund credited back to my credit card ASAP.
