East Falmouth Car Wash

Went the car wash located at *** purchased a $26 wash with vacuuming wipe down . The vehicle came out covered in soap suds and they were trying to wipe off with cloth. They sent through again same thing covered in suds no undercarriages wash no rinse totally covered in suds. Now they tell me they have no water to rinse the new owners took it out. I ask for it to be cleaned off and they put into self service bay to rinse. When asked why are you tasking money when you know you do not have water to rinse they gave me a card for refund Prestige Car Wash ***. I called the woman said she would send me an email so I could send her the receipt photo to get reimbursed never happened.
This was a total screw up and for $26 they keep taking money and no service. I hVe called and sent an email to corporate office. Nothing. I also called the *** so they could earn people not to use this site do to failure to supply the service requested
