I am responding to this letter even though The company is not a member of the Revdex.com.*** *** *** purchased the vehicle on 9-28-He signed the buyers guide which states WARRANTY on Engine, Transmission and Drive Axle for days or milesHe also signed the buyers order which
states the sameMr *** asked the salesman for the auto check and it was printed and shown to the buyerHe stated *** ***showed him I owner and I accidentThe real order show accidents and I ownerHe did not take a copy of this auto checkHe did ask about hauling a trailerHe was told what the truck was rated forThe company has no idea what he is pulling and how heavy it isHe stated he had trouble with the hauling in three days but his complaint states the problem started on 10-3-That is five daysHis story changes every time he talks with usEven though the shocks and springs are not covered under warranty and they passed inspection, I did all the work forhim at costHe know tells us the vehicle pulls greatThis is all I plan to do reference this complaint and feel I have gone overboard trying to please this person
