In response to complaint ID:[redacted].On February 12, 2016 [redacted] Mom called our shop and talked to Joe, our Parts Manager, she said[redacted] car had lost oil pressure, and was low on oil, Joe told her to have [redacted] take the car tothe nearest shop we would warranty it if we were at...

fault. We did not hear from [redacted] until March4, 2016 at that time she still had not taken her car into a shop. [redacted] mentioned[redacted] in Central Point, OR. Joe called [redacted] made arrangements forher to take the car there. We faxed a copy of the Invoice work order# [redacted] to [redacted] and told them if we were at fault we would pay the bill. A few days later [redacted] called after looking at [redacted] 95 Toyota Camry and talked to Ron J[redacted] Owner, andtold Ron that the rear main seal was leaking, not from head gaskets, timing cover, or oil filter we hadreplaced, he said it was not anything we had done. [redacted] hadn't mentioned the oil filter being looseto us until she called our shop on March 15, 2015. Joe told [redacted] to bring the invoice from [redacted] by and talk to Ron. We had not heard anything from her until we got the letter fromyou Revdex.com. If the oil filter had been that loose it should have been leaking within 40 to SO miles not386 miles.We've worked hard over the years to provide the best service we can for our customers.Ron J[redacted]
