East County Alignment

We for years have told customers that if they bring a vehicle back in days and we do the repairs we will as a courtesy realign the vehicle at eno charge since we are doing repairsI don't understand how someone would expect us to have them go home and take their front end apart and come back and want a free alignmentThen later the customer will take it home do something to his vehicle again and expect us to do it again for freeIf you would like I will refund the customer his alignment of $Now concerning that we were impolite he said he would never be back and we said thank you we cannot afford to accommodate his demands

I don't understand how someone would expect us to have them go home and take their front end apart and come back...

and want a free alignment. Then later the customer will take it home do something to his vehicle again and expect us to do it again for free. If you would like I will refund the customer his alignment of $89.25.
