We have previously responded to this complaint on ID # [redacted] This was our first response;We had an opportunity to review this customer/patient's complaint and confirmed that the payments that was paid on June **? were indeed for correct account balancesThere was a payment for $**on June [redacted] for [redacted] date of service 04and $**5? for [redacted] 's? date of service 52017? totaling $There was also a payment made for $on 6for? [redacted] 's date of service? of 032017.? I've had the opportunity to speak with the customer/Patient and have apologized for his inconvenience and have confirmed with him that all of the payments that he has made were for valid accounts.? I've also confirmed with him that he has received the requested itemized bills from our office and have provided him my name and contact information in case he had any additional questions regarding his recent payments.? The customer / patient was pleased with my contact and has stated that his concerns have been satisfactorily addressed at this time
