East Coast Sealcoating and Striping

We contracted with them to fix holes in our black top in our parking lot, *** (owner) assured me this would fix the problems, He quoted me $1380.00 and did the job in 6/16, within a few months the blacktop started to crack and sink, I call right away. *** told me numerous times we were on the schedule and he would take care of it, never showed up, I would call and a piece of equipment was broke, but was assured it would be taken care of. I would call him every, then two weeks to touch base with him, then once a month and each time he would lie to me, he had no intention of coming back. He had no problem taking the money and running. Poor customer service, if I can help one business not get taken advantage of, I've done my job, there is no room for people like this. He is the owner and the one who for over 1.5 years has lied to me. I call him out for this, it's not one of his employees, he's the owner. Don't get taken. FYI now he's not returning calls
