Our company was hired to complete the installation of equipment that our customer purchased and provided (not purchased through East Coast Refrigeration). We completed the installation and attended each service call that the customer requested in order to get their machine up and running properly.An...
issue that arose turned out to be a defective part within the unit. At that time, the manufacturer stepped in and assisted with reimbursement of necessary parts and labor according to their policies. We rightfully billed for costs that the manufacturer could not cover. Each question and/or dispute that the customer contacted us to discuss was handled and responded to promptly in the attempt to salvage our working relationship and build a good rapport for the future.
