Back on October **, 2014, I had my chimney cleaned and also had a stainless steel cap installed by your company However, the cap is no longer there On April **, 2015, I called the ###-###-#### phone number that was on my invoice (#***) and left a message that I would like to have the cap replaced at no charge to me because of the faulty installation job by the company and to please call back
On April **, 2015, I called the same phone number again and got the message, “The person you are trying to reach is not accepting calls at this time Please try another time.” I have tried many times, and continue to receive the same message and I have not received any call back
I’m not asking much but I would like to be reimbursed the amount of the cap plus tax ($+ 7.61=$127.60) immediately I will contact the *** State Attorney’s office and the Revdex.com if this issue is not solved within a timely manner

Review: They performed cleanings and repairs on two chimneys on separate properties I own. They overcharged my credit card $973.41. Then presented fraudulent documentation to the credit card company when the charges were disputed.Desired Settlement: The company should refund the 973.41 we were overcharged.

Review: May ** 2013, East Coast Home Improvements, Inc. was to have installed a stainless steel liner in my chimney. I assume this was done, but cannot tell without opening the chimney to see. This liner was not connected to anything. There are two (2) galvanized elbows (5" diameter) just sitting in the chimney, but not connected to the furnace. There is no reducer for the change of 5" to 6" openings. This is not functional nor safe. My chimney cannot be cleaned. I have been advised to shut off the oil burner until this issue is taken care of. Meanwhile I have no heat or hot water. I have called this company three times - 4/**/15 (I was told someone would call to check on the problem, and someone would be here 4/**/15. No one called that week. No one came on 4/**/15. I did get a phone call, but he never called back. I am still waiting. If they have done this to me, I am sure they have done it to others.Desired Settlement: Refund. I just want to be able to use my furnace. I will hire a local company to do the work.
