Review: I purchased a car from East Auto Sales and obtained the car June 1st 2013. I had the car for approximately two weeks, the car was in their possession between these dates; June 18, 2013 - July 23, 2013. I was told the car was ready to be picked up Thursday July 18, 2013 when I arrived the mechanics were jumping my car, apparently the car wasnt ready and the battery was no good in the first place. The same day, they put a used battery in the car and told me to test drive it, when I did the car was shacking and jumping and I felt very unsafe and upset that they would even let me take the car in the position it was in.In addition, I left the car there the same day, once again inconvenienced and dissappointed. Moreover, I test drove another car, a [redacted] civic 2000 to be precise in hope to do a fair trade, but found out Monday they were unable to do it. I was told the car was ready again Monday July 22, 2013, but I told them I will pick it up Friday when I was able to get there. Just so happens I was able to get a ride there Tuesday July 23, 2013 and still the engine light is back on and i'm encountering a shut off problem. Throughout the whole process no one contacted me unless I contacted them and the communication was terrible, I felt that I was being lied to and I feel they screwed me over big time!
Desired Settlement: If the car continues to give me issues I would like a mechanic that actually knows what to do to fix everything that is wrong, if the problems persists I would like to be reimbursed without any loan debt.

Since the car was released to me from the dealer, it still hasnt been driving effectively. The car was very unsafe altogether. I experienced the car shutting off in the middle of a stop light on a busy road and was scared for my life! I am paying monthly for the car and decided to come up with money to fix what needed to be done. Altogether the car expenses cost me 1600 dollars, which couldve been prevented if the dealer at least sold me a car that would run me at least a month, maybe two. (with the understanding of it being a used car.)I have had issues from day 1 and feel that I was taken advantaged of being that I am a female without much knowledge of cars. I hope there is something that can be done to solve this issue.
