Mr*** contacted us on 9/6/regarding a leak in his screen room roof. This is the first time we had heard from him since fixing a different leak on 2/17. We went out to address his leak the very next day on 9/7/17. That is not slow to respond, especially when we are normally
2-weeks out on service. After hurricane Irma came through he contacted us to let us know it was leaking in a new area. We explained to him that due to the storm and customers having trees down on their rooms we were prioritizing customers servicing needs and that we would get to his leak as soon as possible. We are 3-weeks out now, due to the storm. Spencer, our service manager contacted him this morning to let him know we would be out to fix his leak the week of 10/9/and he seemed to be fine with that. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] today (2/13/18) at 3:45 pm regarding roof leak.  This is the first we've heard of the leak since we fixed it in Oct. 2017.  I asked Mr. [redacted] why he didn't contact us to let us know it's leaking again in Feb 2018 and he said he doesn't have time to call us to let...

us know it's leaking.  However, he has time to post something to the Revdex.com.  I explained that he needs to let us know if there is a problem so we can address it, before he goes through Revdex.com.  We will be out to his house in the next two weeks to address his issue.

We were in contact with the customer this morning, prior to receiving the complaint and have sent them an email and left a message that we would be at their home tomorrow morning between 7:30 - 8: a.m. to repair the 1 screen. Thank you, [redacted]
