Review: Around the middle of December I received a phone call from [redacted] at EAS. He told me if I did not pay the amount I owed I would be in trouble with the law. He was very rude and didn't care when I told him to stop calling my family. In the meantime, a man named [redacted] was calling my family telling them the same thing and that I had a court date set (which was not true). So after frantic phone calls from my family I called this company and spoke with [redacted]. The company seemed legit and he seemed to know everything I owed and who the original creditor was. I agreed to pay 2 amounts on 2 different dates, however 5 days before the first payment was due the company debited more than what I had agreed and over drafted my account causing me to have unwanted fees and making other payments late. Since the incident I have not been able to get in touch with this company and have left multiple messages, on four different numbers, without one call back.Desired Settlement: I have since stopped payment on the amount they took from my account. If this is a legit company, I want a letter in writing stating the company's name, a good phone number, an apology, and the amount that I agreed upon. I will then send a money order to the company. Until then, nothing will be paid and I will assume this is a fraudulent company.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by EAS Credit Services Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I received a voicemail from [redacted] at Empire Account Solutions on 1/**/14 stating they received the complaint and would like to resolve the matter. However, when I called back I spoke with someone else in the complaints department and this man said nothing could be done as my account was sold to another company. It was nothing but a waste of my time to call back.
