Paid Dirt Delivery LLC money for 10 yards of dirt. Scheduled delivery for Saturday 1-18-2020, with no show and no communication. Tried calling Dirt Delivery with no answer and voicemail full. Texted him to request a refund. Promised refund and tell this day no communication or refund was received.

I advertised on *** that I needed 2000 Yds of topsoil and *** of Dirt Delivery LLC, aka: Earthly Materials responded. I paid $1000 deposit via credit card and he promised the dirt would be delivered the same day. He no-showed me and then ran me all over Denver to four different locations where he said the dirt was being loaded. It was all BS. There is no dirt. He promised to give me a refund. That has so far been a BS promise as well.

/Owner was going to sell me dirt and asked for a deposit. I paid $6900 deposit. After 4 different attempts to get my dirt he always had excuses of why he couldn't get me my product. After frustration I asked for my money back. He told me it would take 1-3 business days. I still have not received my refund and it has been 9 days. I paid this on a credit card on August 1, 2019.
