Customer’s order of [redacted] Liquid Makeup ([redacted]). We are an authorized reseller of [redacted] and appreciate the opportunity to respond to the Customer’s concerns. We have processed a credit in the amount of $8.94 to the card that the Customer provided when placing the order.Our records indicate that, on March 31, 2015, the Customer enrolled through the Company’s web site in a 15-day trial offer of [redacted] for a $8.94 trial, processing and handling fee and enrollment in our monthly home delivery program. According to the terms posted on the enrollment page and in the detailed “Terms of Offer” on the web site, if the Customer did not like the trial product, she could obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number from the Company before the end of the 15-day trial and return the product to avoid further charges. On April 6, 2015, when we received the Customer’s complaint we cancelled her membership in the home delivery program. As a result she will not receive any future shipments and she will not incur any additional charges.
As a matter of customer service, on April 6, 2015, the Company refunded the Customer’s account in full for $8.94 to the credit card that the Customer provided at sign-up,
