I believe I have resolved this complaintI spoke with the VP, Nick, yesterday. He assured me that he would take steps to train
the person in their office that caused me the problem. He is also adjusting my billing date so I get my invoices promptly
Apparently their phone lines are recorded, but they do not tell you that when you call inThey need to have a recording on their lines saying that calls are being recordedThat is FCC LawI told him that as wellThey need to fix this issue
I will file another case if I have more problems, which I hope I don't
