I have filled out an application once each day for the past three days, and have yet to be contacted. Needless to say I am extremely unsatisfied, considering there is NO other way to contact your company. I tried to leave a message yesterday, even though it is VERY unclear if there is a message option - your phone line information ends and a "BEEP" follows, as if a message should/could be left by the caller but it never says specifically that one may leave a message and it will be reviewed.
I am looking to do business with you, but since you are not contacting me, I'm doing all I can do to make sure I can contact YOU. This is your job, not mine...
We provide a Loan Request Form on our web site, which states at the top, if your request fits one
of our programs, we will contact you. Our telephone voice message makes the same statement. A request will either fit program guidelines or not. When the request fits one of the programs, contact will initiated. We regret that due to the volume of our received requests, we cannot respond to those customers whose requests fall outside of our guidelines. Since incorporating in 2004, we have never had such a complaint.
