I placed my order on 11/29/for Pint Glasses, Growlers, and an apronAll products were to be stenciled or embroidered/personalizedThe company guaranteed delivery by Christmas at the time of the order and also sent an email at a later date - a couple weeks before Christmas - assuring me that the product would arrive before ChristmasI also sent them several e-mails asking about the status as Christmas got closer, even suggesting they didn't have to get me the apron before Christmas if it would help expedite the orderI also suggested they would need to upgrade shipping to Next Day Air for the order to arrive on timeI received no response to any of these emailsThey ended up shipping the order via USPSIt arrived on 12/28, not by ChristmasI sent another email voicing my displeasureI also voiced my displeasure on one of their Facebook pop up addsI finally received a response and apologyThey asked what they could doI encouraged them to honor their guaranteeThey decid

Review: Ordered an item, was promised delivery by 11/25. I am leaving the State on 11/26. Called today 11/21 and was told item won't be delivered until 11/27, one day after I am gone. Asked to speak to a manager. I asked if another item could be shipped overnight, and she said "I will not go the expense of overnight shipping". Their Mission Statement say's "We won't rest until we make things right" What a bunch of hooey! Their customer service stinks!Desired Settlement: I would like this complaint posted on the Revdex.com website.
