Review: I had windows installed in my rental property 3/5/2012. The company had to come back out to repair the windows leaking water. They are still leaking water and now the water damage is causing the window sills to rot.Desired Settlement: I would like Earth Smart Remodeling to either repair/replace the windows, and also repair/replace the window sills.

thank you for your feedback on our company. we installed windows in april of 2012 for **. [redacted]. She called a few months later when one of the windows were leaking. we schedule a service and fixed the leak. we did not hear back even through storms and hurricanes over the last year. on August 14th **. [redacted] called with the service again. I left her a message saying our installer will be calling her. The next day our installer called her and left her a voice mail. the next day, we tried to visit her home for a service. she did not get back to our installer and then we received this complaint!

As a result of this we would like this complaint taken off our Revdex.com record. we did everything we could for **. [redacted] just like we do with all of our customers.
