Mr*** provided his credit card for
several different individuals Monthly product orders In November of
2015 he asked that of them be de-activated - that was done immediately
In December 2015 he asked for additional people to be de-activated -
this was done in
January
Mr*** called and spoke with
several people in our office - he was asked to submit his requests in writing
per the company's policies and procedures - and to date that has not happened
We sent a letter to Mr*** on
3/30/outlining the exact process of what needs to be done to receive a
refund on his orders We requested that all forms be returned to us for
each individual account needing a refund by Monday, April 4th We also
outlined per our company Policies & Procedures that the product needed to
be returned prior to us issuing a refund As soon as we receive the
required documents and the product is returned we will issue a refund

We do not have any voicemails or emails from Ms. [redacted]. The first call we received from her was on 2/9 and she asked for her account to be deactivated. She did also ask for a refund on that date and we indicated she would need to return her water. She did not want t return it at her expense. As a one...

time courtesy, we will refund her today in the amount of $137.33. If further information is needed, I can be reached at [redacted]

Per our customer service, he did call customer support.  He asked about the status of his order and we explained.  He did not ask for a refund nor did he ask to cancel further AO.  His February and March orders have shipped.
