Contacted *** regarding a drainage issue in front of home. Sent pictures of what is was like. He stated he could fix it. He was referred by a landscaping company Site One of Keller. Work was completed in August of 2019. After work was done the ditch does not drain. Have contacted him and the company who referred him and to date no action has taken place. In January he stated "We came back and fixed the area a month ago." I replied with photos of the area two days after rain. The area still had standing water.On January 20 I asked for half of the money paid back.
