Review: THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. PUTTING IN A POOL, IS SUPPOSED TO BE A HAPPY EXPERIENCE, OURS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!IT HAS BEEN ALMOST 7 MONTHS AND WE HAVE YET TO RECEIVE OUR PERMITS, WHICH WE PAID FOR, AND HAVE A RIGHT TO RECEIVE AS CONSUMERS. WE CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES TO HAVE THEM FIX THESE RIDICULOUS MISTAKES, TO NO AVAIL!! S [redacted] SUGGESTED PUTTING SOME KIND OF CHEMICALS ON TOP OF OUR ROCK WATERFALL WHICH ARE SUPPOSED TO MAKE THE WATER LOOK AS IF IT IS FOAMY, IT LOOKS AS IF SOMEONE THREW QUARTS OF WHITE PAINT DOWN THE WALL LEADING TO THE WATER, IT LOOKS HORRIBLE !!! THEY HAVE SAID THEY WOULD FIX THE PROB;LEM BY REMOVING THE WHITE PRODUCT FROM THE ROCKS, AND I'VE CALLED THEM A MINIMUM OF 10 TImes and now they simply dont answer their phones!!! They replaced a chrome railing whIch had a dent, I called them asking them WHY?? they would even install a dented piece to begin with, so they eventually got a new one and now it wobbles from side to side because in the process they weakened the base thqt goes into the cement!!!! They also sold us a pool sweep that "hangs up" on our stairs continually, which makes it totally inefficient. My son who is a Contractor himself AND HAS A POOL, but lives out of the area spoke with them regqrding the faulty pool sweep and they told him I would get one with wheels, which has also never come to pass either. I just wish we had observed the comments about their business on various sites, WE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES WHO HAD BAD EXPERIENCE'S WITH THIS COMPANY. WE SIMPLY WANT WHAT WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD ADDRESS. WEVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO LOOK OUT OUR WINDOW AND SEE HUGE WHITE STREAKS CASCADING DOWN THE WALL OF OUR POOL!!! WE'VE SPENT OVER $75,000 AND STILL HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE. THIS EVIDENTLY IS JUST HOW THEY DO BUSINESS AND IT NEEDS TO STOP. I DONT WANT ONE MORE FAMILY TO GO THRU WHAT WE HAVE!! PLEASE ASSIST US IN GETTING OUR PERMITS ETC. [redacted] & [redacted]Desired Settlement: TO SIMPLY FIX WHAT THEY AGREED TO MONTHS AGO. Review: I paid for a custom pool design, I was provided a boiler-plate/cookie-cutter pool design. Very unprofessional, the prices kept changing, did not at all listen to my needs (which now I understand why, because my requests did not fit into the "cookie-cutter" design. This is beyond poor customer service, it is poor business practice and the service provided is not the service advertised.Desired Settlement: Per what I received I would not pay half what I paid for what I now understand (from other professionals in the business) was provided. I feel I was taken advantage of as a consumer.
