I am sorry that Mr [redacted] ’s issue has come to the point of him filing a complaint I spoke to him multiple times both via telephone and email In our last communication, I stated that I needed to speak to the contractor that came out and made the “repairs” to determine if it was a manufacturing defect or a problem with the installation I was never able to get ahold of the contractor who did the repairs after repeated attempts In an effort to keep this matter from continuing, ECP will be issuing a check to Mr [redacted] for the $3,stated in his claim This check will be sent out tomorrow, December 20th, via certified mail

manufacturing defect or a problem with the installation.  I was never able to get ahold of the contractor who did the repairs after repeated attempts.  In an effort to keep this matter from continuing, ECP will be issuing a check to Mr. [redacted] for the $3,700.00 stated in his claim.  This check will be sent out tomorrow, December 20th, via certified mail.
