They are always unorganized and slow regardless of your appointment timeThe last time we tried to use them, we were told when to be thereAfter over an hour of waiting, we leftWe ended up using a different clinic for our animal's shotsAgain, we scheduled our animal to get spayed and to give them another chance and after minutes of waiting to be helped an employee finally asked if we had been helpedWe stated noThis individual stated they needed their supervisor to check our animal inAnother minutes went by before we ever saw himThis will be the last time we utilize their clinicFor the charges applied, the employees should be helpful and somewhat competent
06/30/Took my lab Bella in for vomiting blood & passing blood in her stoolDr*** didn't really provide me any answers as to why my dog was doing thisDr*** did offer a observation for $which I declined, bc I monitored Bella fine at home Dr*** sent us on our way, never preformed or even offered us blood workDr*** told us to hold Bella's food for another hours which would have put her at hours without eatingDr*** said if she wasn't better in hours then to bring Bella back in hoursI wasn't satisfied & took Bella to a 2nd vet & called Scenic hills back & spoke to Dr*** who argued the whole visitDr*** stated she offered those services to me, that I declined & that is NOT TRUE! Dr*** never offered me those services.I asked Dr*** for a refund of the services, because she didn't really treat my dogI feel as if I would NOT have taken Bella to a 2nd vet, she wouldn't have survivedScenic Hills only cares about the money apparently!!
