We went to dealership two days in a row on Friday and Saturday but not ready to commit to purchasing a truck Sunday morningI called my sales rep, *** *** , to see if the truck was available be he advised me he was off that day but to call the dealership at am when they opened I did call right at and the person that answered the phone said they were just getting in and would have to call me back once they check to see if the truck was still there After waiting for two hours I called again and spoke to another employee who said that someone would call me back After waiting another two hours with no one returning my call I called again was told that someone would call me back , believe it was *** who would be calling me back At 4:30, six and half hours later, *** called me to advise someone was in the dealership looking at the truck and if they don't purchase it he would call us back I am very upset with this dealership, maybe they were able to get more money out f the other customer but this was so unprofessional and would NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership and to discourage anyone as well

I contacted *** *** about replacing boxwood shrubs and adding a Japanese Maple tree He came out to discuss what I wanted and to see the area He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions Once he know exactly what I wanted done, he gave me a reasonable quoteI received three additional quotes before contracted with Zacharias Gardens to perform the job He completed the job in a day and left the area clean with no mess He did exactly what was requested I would recommend him for other landscaping efforts

I did call right at 10 and the person that answered the phone said they were just getting in and would have to call me back once they check to see if the truck was still there. After waiting for two hours I called again and spoke to another employee who said that someone would call me back. After waiting another two hours with no one returning my call I called again was told that someone would call me back , believe it was [redacted] who would be calling me back.
