I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] and [redacted] with Earnest Roofing sat in our living room on April 22, 2016 and said several times that we only had to pay the deductible and the check we got from our insurance company. I questioned [redacted], explaining that we had to file for the depreciation for a claim in [redacted] and it was a lot of work to get the money. He said they had office staff who would file with our insurance company for the depreciation and that "they do it all the time". I would swear to that under oath. Would they swear under oath that they never said that?

I am rejecting this response because: I need clarification. We have already paid Earnest Roofing the amount we received from our insurance company, minus the depreciation. Upon completion of the work, we will pay you our insurance deductible. Once your office has negotiated with our insurance company for the depreciation, and we receive that check, we will forward it to you. I just want you tohonor the agreement made in our home with your employees.
