Earley Heating & Cooling

Earley and his outfit installed the HVAC on my home two and a half years ago. Since then it has been nothing short of a nightmare when the summer rolls around. To start, they did not install an air filter upon completion of installation. I figured this out in the Spring of 2018 when we first turned the unit on to cool the house (eventual frozen coils). Furthermore, the unit was not even plugged into electricity (I had to go get an extension cord to plug it in). The drain pan that they installed rusted out the next summer (2019) due to a hole present in the pan. The water leaked down into my drywall. After replacing the pan they failed to rewire the unit, causing them to come back for a third visit. This summer (2020) my coils have frozen again. I had someone else come and take a look at it. Turns out there is a piston that comes with the paperwork for the unit, which was unopened. My HVAC has been at a limited capacity for the duration that it has been installed. Multiple freezes, incorrect installation, and non-compliance to installation instructions provided with the paperwork of the unit have forced me to go in a different direction. After a very unpleasant and short-sided conversation with Mr. E, I have chosen to leave them in the rearview mirror.
