Earl J. Ovitt, DBA All of It Roofing

I contracted Earl to take down 4 trees in my front yard 8 months ago. He took down 3 of them over the course of the summer but kept rescheduling the 4th. I give a more detailed history of our interaction in my customer review, but in a nutshell, I eventually decided to ask for a partial refund in order to hire someone else to take care of the last tree. He agreed to refund me but kept rescheduling when he was going to stop by with a check. I even gave him the option of completing the job or paying me in smaller installments to make things easier on him. But he has stopped answering my phone calls and still has my money and I still have a dead tree within reach of my house this winter.
