I ordered a guitar cabinet from their website on April 6, 2020, shared a few emails at the time, and paid them $266.99 on my *** card. On April 29, they said it was "almost done and would ship soon." It's now June 12, nearly seven weeks later, and they are no longer responding to my several emails. I noticed that they pulled their fairly large presence from Reverb.com, so on June 10 I asked for a refund for the full amount paid. Still, I hear nothing.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID6, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I purchased a product from the owner of the business 7 months ago and still have not received it. We discussed my purchase over the phone, I sent him payment via PayPal in September 2017. After my product was 3 months overdue, I contacted the seller through emails which he followed up with excuses and empty promises. I have documentation of the receipt from PayPal, and several dozens of email messages and threads asking patiently for my product only to have it continuously pushed back with no prospect of completion.

They have not contacted PayPal, or responded to PayPals request for info to issue me a refund.
I have not been refunded $335 for the 2x6 cabinet from Tim at EarCandyCabs.
