I purchased slimbuds earphones as a Valentine's Day gift for my husband, they sent him defective slimbuds earphones. They do not have a phone number listed to contact them, the only contact they give is an email address. We have sent at least 5 emails asking them how the earphones can be returned/exchanged for a pair that are not defective or a refund and no one has contacted us to resolve this issue. I spent over $100 for this product, they will not respond in ANY manner.
