Eanes Chimney Sweep

Customer called in May about a cap that needed to be put on the chimney. I informed customer that the Owner/operated passed away in March, and I had to close down the business until I could hire a worthy employee. I WILL get the cap put on for the customer as soon as possible.

Review: I hired Eames Chimney Sweep to install a wood stove. A cover was removed from the chimney and not replaced. It was not advised to have some type of cover to make sure no rain enters the chimney. The work was done hurried and the plate was tossed aside. Now rain has traveled down the liner, under the wood stove, across the hearth and on to the carpet. I have called three times to have this plate replaced. I have left messages and no answer. I also, when setting up the work to be done wasn't informed I needed to pay way in advance cause they said and I quote, " have been burned in the past for costs. " Very unprofessional practices. Very unprofessional practices not calling me back and standing behind their workDesired Settlement: replace and correctly fit plate so water will not destroy my floors, hearth, and so on.
