This complaint is for a nine year old Elliptical Crosstrainer. The initial service call revealed a lower board that was not working....that part was ordered and installed timely and at that point an new issue was uncovered.....a new stride motor was needed. We were unable to test
the operation of the unit on the first service call because the lower board prevented the unit from powering up. Once powered up the issue was diagnosed and the part ordered. The new stride motor was received and installed and the unit is functioning properly. There was no misdiagnosis and due to the age of the unit we had to wait for a replacement part as the unit is not still being made
