Thank you for helping me with this matterI have attached pictures of the carpetThey never told us that we had to pay for carpet when we moved out.We don't understand why they are charging us full price of the carpet when they replace it every time tenants move outPlus, we lived there more than years, it was supposed to show signs of useThank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns
