*** our General Manager and I called for *** *** on Tues 10/16/at 11:AM but she was busy We spoke with her associate regarding the auto batch failure on the new credit card terminal The associate confirmed that this issue had
been resolved over a week ago and is no longer an issue We explained that they were manually batching before which, when you manually batch the terminal, it will override the auto batch setting in the terminal for the following hours Now auto batch is running smoothly Also wanted to clarify there were never any missing deposits *** *** did report this to the technical support team and worked hard for the client We asked *** *** to call us if there are any further issues and to ensure her complete satisfaction Please mark this as resolved to the merchants satisfaction
