I opened an account with ADI in mid-june to acquire a part for a customer's security needs.

On 8/15 I called in attempting to pay my account in full with my debit card.
There was a problem and no return calls.

On 8/16 I made a personal appearance in the branch placing 2 debit cards on the counter (same account - they could have picked either).

Their choice: NEITHER - according to ADI corporate - payment by debit or credit cards for new accounts is not acceptable.

UN-BLEEPING-BELIEVABLE.

They're now on my "pay someday if I feel like it" list...
